Banetti Otello ÂÂ
An adventurer and puzzle-solver. A handsome man in his 30s, there is a hint of romance about him, heightened by his heavily accented english. Fascinated by the occult and spends all his time following up on the mysteries of the world. Obsessed with Stonehenge, Pyramids and mathematical codes, Bible code, scientific codes like the genetic code, religion and other mysteries of the world beyond the material. This character explores and offers alternative explanations to the mysteries of mankind. How DNA was created and its interaction with animals and plants, how and why Stonehenge was built. where is the garden of Eden, and what connection has it with the universe. Entities such as Satan himself are his enemies and they work seeking to control and manipulate human beings. In "Eden" the universe itself is at stake. Through him mysteries, conspiracies, and mythical phenomena are explored as evidence of the paranormal. Part X -Files, part Da Vinci Code and part Indiana Jones this character plays the central role in these fascinating stories and myths of mankind. Nancy, is his weakness because evil will blackmail him with her, and his love for Nancy will be his fuel to overcome all obstacles. In subsequent stories, the danger of the evil forces become more and more severe making the stakes raise higher and higher with each story.  While the professor is very Italian in his attitude, she is very angle Saxon in her attitude. He is mostly passionate, she is cold. He kids, she is serious. He sometimes transgresses, she never does that.ÂÂ
Nancy Sullivan
Banetti's wife. She meets him in a confessional in the first episode. She is a musician but as she discovers Banetti and the occult, she falls in love with both. She is a very acute woman, so brilliant that in some cases she can even equal Banetti. She is a long-suffering wife as his quests have taken them to the far riches of the globe and she yearns to spend more time with him even though she ends up being instrumental in solving cases or part of the process, sometimes she is underestimated by Banetti who hates her feminine intuition, by which most of the time she is right and also she is the target of the enemy who seeks to blackmail Banetti through her. She's the one who is contacted by the entity first and she is the key to unraveling the mystery of Stonehenge. She is the one in trouble in Genetic code where the villain wants her to make the new mankind. In "The Duke" is her feminine intuition who is instrumental in helping Banetti unravel the puzzle of Drax’s curse and bringing about a satisfactory conclusion.
DR. Bible.
He is an elderly person, about 60 years old. Very keen about the scriptures and religious mysteries. His belief is his life. Christ his King. Banetti is an old friend he met on the internet at the beginning and then on the field of research. This character is introduced first in "Genetic code" but it is in "Stonhenge" that he comes on stage as a primary character. Tall and skinny, grey hair, he helps Banetti unravel the mystery of Stonehenge, he furnish the weapon to kill the beast and he is very helpfull to unfold symbols, prophecies of the Bible, his role increase more in every new episode of the saga. Even though he is a religious person, he lives his life as an usual and normal person, he likes to kid in an ironic way. His most terrible nighmare is when Satan heals him in "Conquering hell".
The goal is to make sympathetic and compelling protagonists, drawing both men and women into the story. Nancy and Banetti's scenes together have the added benefit of a playful sensuality and camaraderie that give the film a warm, inviting vibe and convince us that good will win out against evil.
